Launched last year at Busy Hands in Wellington, this is raw County honey infused with sea salt in small batches. Like salted caramel, but better, it has a a heightened honey taste perfect for cocktails (think Old-Fashioned), drizzled over baked goods or yogurt.

Honey is so awesome it never goes bad. Honest. It may crystallize because of cold or the type of nectar - just heat the jar in hot water and it will become liquid again! Ta-da!
